At London craft beer festival, the premier hand selected brews meant only the finest made the grade. Over the course of 4 days over 2,000 guests poured through the doors for an unforgettable event for everyone involved.

We coordinated the food programming so the thirsty revellers were kept on their feet and stayed sober (just enough!) to enjoy the delights on offer. Our wood fired drum BBQ smoked and charred beautiful Ginger Pig Butchers Onglet steaks, marinated in a blend of rosemary, tarragon, oil and seasoning. The aromatics filled the air, alongside our very own Panzanella salad, famous ‘gay’ Dan’s chips with rosemary and paprika salt. Music and entertainment was a big part of the day too, dj’s, bands and live pa’s filled the room with beautiful song, even our Chef Rich jumped on the decks. What a corker.
