Emma and Adams London wedding was an elegant and sophisticated affair, chic and beautiful in the grounds of a stunning house in South Square, bringing together fantastic food and cocktails, served in the marquee and gardens of the property. The ceremony and blessing took place under the glorious sunshine and with stunning views of North London.

Guests were served some of our finest canapé’s that both Emma and Adam had specifically chosen for their big day. They had chosen to have a wide variety of canapé’s that would essentially serve as a starter, so went went on the full creative for them, ranging from our signature fried batter cauliflower and gochujang mayo dip, to seared tuna and pistachio, asparagus and artichoke tortilla, Pholourie and mango achaar, and smoked salmon sourdough toasts with wasabi. The guests were served champagne and these beautiful canapé’s throughout the reception and really set the scene for the wedding breakfast.

We focused on a relaxed, informal but professional approach throughout, their stunning London wedding, with the key focus on interesting food and drink that captured guests attention. The flowers, cake (from our good friends at ‘The Little Bear Cakery’) styling and décor sat perfectly with the feel for the afternoon and evening celebrations, with amazing speeches from Emma herself, the grooms and the respective parents and best man. No Jewish wedding would be complete without chair dancing and hora celebratory gathering.

Here’s what Emma kindly said about her wonderful wedding:

Rich and his team did a fantastic job with our wedding. We got married in August 2015 in Islington Town Hall, and held a reception in a marquee in my husband’s Uncle’s garden.

At the start we were pretty nervous about holding the reception in a marquee – we didn’t know whether we’d need a generator, a kitchen tent, a dishwasher – or what kind of menu would work best for the day! Rich was absolutely brilliant at helping us plan the logistics of the event, guiding us through what would be easiest for us, the amount of time it would take to take to serve each course, and what would look and taste great. My husband is Jewish and so we wanted all the food to be kosher (fish and veggie based.) Rich thought really creatively about the menu and as a result the food was really delicious and varied.

I’d highly recommend Rich and Cura London.
